Content: The industrial sewage treatment plant in Yueting Industrial Park, Wenchang City, Hainan Province is located in the northwest corner of Yuoting Agricultural and Sideline Products Processing Industrial Park. The design scope of the supporting pipe network includes Donglu Township, Ergongdui sewage pipes and tailwater discharge pipes. The service scope includes Donglu Town, Ergongdui (domestic sewage), and Yueting Industrial Park (industrial wastewater and domestic sewage). The project covers a total area of 51,345.3m2, and the construction content includes a new sewage treatment plant with a recent processing capacity of 2,500m3/d, a sewage pipe network with a total length of 100.716km, 4 integrated sewage lifting pump stations and 2,000 septic tanks.
Solution: The main treatment process of the sewage treatment plant is: hydrolysis and acidification + five-stage Bardenpho process + high-efficiency sedimentation + denitrification deep filter bed + ozone catalytic oxidation treatment process. The effluent from the sewage treatment plant meets the surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-2002). Class IV water quality standards.
