Background:

The PPP project of Xiangshui Dam Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant in Enshi High-tech Zone, Hubei Province is located at the intersection of the 209 Ring Road and Gaoqi Avenue, with 1 sewage treatment plant with a scale of 40,000 m3/d, which is constructed in three phases, with a scale of 10,000 m3/d in the first phase, 15,000 m3/d in the second phase and 15,000 m3/d in the third phase.

The new plant is composed of construction engineering, equipment purchase and installation engineering, including comprehensive building, sludge dewatering room, blower room and substation and distribution room, coarse grid lifting pump room, effluent online monitoring room, dosing room and air compressor room, water distribution well, fine grid grit tank, hydrolysis tank, biochemical tank, secondary sedimentation tank and water collection and distribution well, continuous sand filter, accident adjustment tank, ultraviolet disinfection canal, bus metering tank, deodorization equipment, etc.

Solution:

Using hydrolysis + AAO + coagulation + high-efficiency sedimentation process, the effluent of the sewage treatment plant meets the first-class A standard of “Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants” (GB18918-2002).
