Jijiang Environmental Protection focuses on the subdivision of industrial water treatment and won the bid for the Wenzhou Oujiangkou West Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant franchise project, successfully opening up the Zhejiang market!
Recently, Jijiang Environmental Protection won the bid for the Wenzhou Oujiangkou West Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant franchise project. The total investment of the project exceeds 200 million yuan. It adopts the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The franchise period is 27 years, including a 2-year construction period and a 25-year operation period.
The project is located in the Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone. The main process adopts “hydrolysis acidification + A/0 biochemical + Fenton oxidation + high-efficiency precipitation + filter cloth filter + activated carbon adsorption + multi-media filtration + contact disinfection” and the effluent meets the Class A standard of the “Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard” (GB18918-2002) and is discharged into the sea. The core HCFc device and MSSLs device of the main process that won the bid this time were independently designed and manufactured by Jijiang Environmental Protection. Among them: the HCFc oxidation device adopts the nano-heterogeneous Fenton catalytic oxidation technology with its own patented technology. The internal structure and configuration of the device are designed according to the big data model of engineering practice experience. The specially designed bottom water distribution screen plate, reagent distributor and catalytic carrier fluidized bed can broaden the pH of the reaction and reduce the amount of acid and alkali added by nearly 30% under the premise of ensuring the continuous and efficient chain reaction, improve the utilization efficiency of hydrogen peroxide and reduce the addition of ferrous salt, which can reduce the amount of hydrogen peroxide added by about 50% and the amount of ferrous salt added by more than 40%, respectively, and reduce the amount of iron salt sludge by about 50% compared with the traditional oxidation process. The MSSLs device optimizes fluid dynamics and sedimentation theory, adopts a hollow structure with an open top and a double-layer baffle plate design, which can accelerate the sedimentation rate of particulate pollutants, shorten the sedimentation treatment time by nearly 30 minutes, and increase the sedimentation efficiency by 10%. After the overall structure is optimized, the device footprint is reduced by about 20% compared to traditional high-efficiency sedimentation tanks.
After the project is completed, it will improve the water environment of Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone, further enhance the influence of Jijiang Environmental Protection in the field of industrial water treatment, and contribute to improving the living and ecological environment.
